Papyrus EDMS is the web-based solution with embedded workflow. It was designed for business process and document management to ensure the compliance with ISO standards.

Our main target customers are: Electronics manufacturing industry, Food and Food Preservation industry, Automobile industry, Insurance sector, Real Estate sector, Education and Government sector. We are currently planning to expand into the Asian and European market within 2011.

Therefore the following positions are required :

1. Sales Executive
----------------------------------------------

Responsibilities:
- Initiate customer demand and looking for new potentials
- Account management through onsite, phone and email correspondence
- Onsite sales presentations (travel required)
- Preparation and delivery of quotes and proposals
- Facilitate contract signing, client setup and coordinate with implementation team

Requirements:
- Male/Female, less than 28 years of age
- Bachelor degree in any field, good in English. Also Japanese and Chinese will be an advantage.
- Experience in sales of enterprise solution 0-3 years
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Good presentation skill
- Good conversational skills, phone and in-person sales abilities
- Self-motivated and initiative personality
- Able to drive and have car-driving license (if have your own car will be an advantage but not necessary)
- If knowing about ISO standard and HACCP will be an advantage

2. Software Implementation Consultant
----------------------------------------------

Responsibilities:
- Reponsible for all project implementation activities of Enterprise Document Management (EDMS) and TPM Solution Server installation and configuration
- Train users and system administrator
- Analyse the customer requirement and change into action
- Develop training tools
- Co-ordinate with sales and project manager

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Energetic, self-motivated and good analytical skill
- Able to use MS office, Powerpoint, if has experience in Document management or ISO standard implementation will be an advantage
- Able to work in other provinces (temporally) for some cases
- Able to drive and have car-driving license (if have your own car will be an advantage but not necessary)

3. Software Tester
----------------------------------------------

Responsibilities:
- Reponsible for all project testing and do Test case documentation of the software package
- Functional test and Load testing
- Load test analysis and co-ordinate with developer team
- Record the problems founded by users and develop test procedure to protect reoccurrence
- Develop test script, if needed
- Co-ordinate with end users and developer team

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, - Mathematics or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Thai
- Delicate thinking
- Good communication skill
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- If have experience with Load testing software will be an advantage but not necessary

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
- Required language(s): English, Thai
- Applicants must be willing to work in Software Park Building, Chaeng wattana rd.
