PhD Sandwich Scholarship Program is now making the second batch call. The last chance for those wishing to pursue doctoral degrees is coming. For details and application form, please go to http://www.seed-net.org/application_form.html. Complete application packages should be submitted via member institutions to the AUN/SEED-Net Secretariat within May 31, 2009.
